The 2010 VetShopAustralia Pet Photo Competition has now come to a close and we are happy to now be able to announce our winners!

Photo Description: Friday the Border Collie and Hercules the miniature horse (don't tell him that) really are the very best of friends.

Photo Title: You've got a friend in me
Photo Description: This is our dog Syd. He is 5 years old now and we love him lots. His favourite thing to do is play tug-o-war with rope. He is very well behaved and likes to have company. He also loves to go for a walk each day. Syd is very special and we consider him as part of our family.

People's Choice Award: by L. Pilsbury of Kings Meadows, TAS
Photo Title: Salem
Photo Description: Our beautiful little man, who has been missing, from Launceston, Tasmania, since May 4 2009. He had endured 5 months of treatment for diabetes and was nearly in remission when he disappeared. I have entered him to increase the awareness of his disappearance, in the hope that we will find each other one day. I will never give up hope.
Thank you to everyone who submitted a photo. There are hundreds of beautiful, fun and interesting photos and it certainly made the judges' decision difficult.
