Surfing Dog Spectacular Draw Entry Options:
1. Submit an online entry form (1 x entry into the draw).
2. Buy Advantage, Advantix or Advocate to be automatically entered into the draw. The number of doses (pipette pack size) you buy determines the number of times you will be entered into the draw. For example, buy a 12 pack to receive 12 entries into the draw (multiple entries).
3. Join the VetShopAustralia team at the Surfing Dog Spectacular Event and submit an official entry form at our marquee. Official entry forms can be obtained from a representative at the event. Official entry forms will also be mailed to customers that purchase a pet product from VetShopAustralia, within their order (1 entry per official entry form).
